Design partner program open

EV Charging as a Guest Amenity. Your Asset, Your Guest Experience. Design Partners Wanted.

Powerfill is a charging management system built for hotels, from the team behind SteVe, the most popular open-source OCPP server (10+ years). Guests charge with a room key or a code from the front desk, you get billing-ready reports per guest, and it works with any OCPP 1.6 / 1.6J charger you already installed (2.x coming soon).

Design partners get priority access to the Oracle Hospitality integration and dedicated onboarding support. In exchange, you help co-design the integration and can opt in to a co-published case study.

Why hotels choose Powerfill

Built for hospitality, not for a generic parking lot.

Most charging setups bolt a third-party network onto your parking lot and push guests into someone else's app. Powerfill turns charging into your amenity: your credentials, your reports, your infrastructure.

Oracle Hospitality integration (coming soon)

Room key as credential, automated folio posting, guest profile sync and a concierge dashboard, co-built with design partners on the Opera PMS.

Room key or front-desk code, live today

Guest access control works now: temporary credentials, RFID room keys or mobile access codes. No app download, no account creation.

Billing-ready reports per guest

Every session is attributed to a guest credential. Export billing-ready reports into your billing process today; folio posting arrives with the PMS integration.

Any charger you already installed

Works with any standards-compliant charger, including ChargePoint, Blink, EVBox, ABB, Delta, Enel X and Autel. If it speaks OCPP 1.6 / 1.6J we can manage it (2.x coming soon). No forklift replacement.

Multi-property portfolio management

Unlimited sites with unlimited hierarchy depth and node-based permissions. Manage every property from one mobile-ready dashboard.

Design partners go first

Priority access to the Oracle Hospitality integration, dedicated onboarding support, and direct influence on the hospitality roadmap.

Integration roadmap

Built around hotel PMS workflows, starting with Oracle Hospitality.

Oracle Hospitality OPERA is the first design-partner path. We are also collecting demand across the broader PMS landscape so the roadmap reflects the systems hotel operators actually run.

How it fits your stack

Powerfill sits between your chargers and your hotel systems.

Your existing OCPP chargers keep running. Powerfill translates a plug-in event into a billing-ready report line today, and into a guest folio line once the Oracle Hospitality integration ships.

Inputs Powerfill listens for

  • OCPP 1.6 / 1.6J session events from any standards-compliant charger you own.
  • Guest credentials: RFID room keys, mobile access codes, or temporary credentials issued at the front desk.
  • Reservation and folio hooks from Oracle Hospitality Opera PMS (coming soon).
  • Your rate rules: charging profiles and time-based scheduling, configured per site.

Outputs Powerfill produces

  • Billing-ready reports per guest credential, exportable into your billing system.
  • Automated folio posting to the guest folio (coming soon with the Oracle Hospitality integration).
  • Real-time status monitoring with remote start, stop, reset and unlock.
  • Complete REST API with full documentation, and data export anytime.
  • Mobile-ready dashboard across your whole property portfolio.
Everything runs on your rules.

Charging profiles and time-based scheduling are available now; dynamic load balancing and peak shaving are coming soon. Your pricing stays yours: Powerfill is your managed asset, not a third-party network on your lot.

Compare

The guest experience is the difference.

Honest comparison. Typical charging networks work fine for public parking lots. They were not built around a hotel guest. Here is where the difference shows up at the front desk.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before the call.

What is a design partner?

A design partner is a hotel group that co-builds the Powerfill hospitality integration with us. Design partners get priority access to the Oracle Hospitality integration and dedicated onboarding support, plus direct influence on what we build first. A co-published case study is optional and encouraged.

Which chargers do you work with?

Any standards-compliant OCPP 1.6 / 1.6J charger (2.x coming soon). That includes hardware from ChargePoint, Blink, EVBox, ABB, Delta, Enel X, Autel and others: this is descriptive protocol compatibility, not a partnership. If your hardware is already on the wall and speaks OCPP, we can manage it.

Is folio posting live today?

Not yet. Automated folio posting ships with the upcoming Oracle Hospitality integration (coming soon). Today, Powerfill gives you billing-ready reports per guest credential that you can export into your existing billing process.

What does Powerfill cost?

Powerfill starts at $40/month (Startup, up to 30 chargers). Production is $499/month for up to 500 chargers, and Enterprise is contact us. Design partnership terms are scoped together during the intro call.

Do you handle installation?

We do not do the electrical install. You already have electricians on-site, and hardware stays with the trades you trust. Powerfill is the software layer that manages the chargers once they are on the wall.

Is Powerfill open source?

Powerfill is built by the team behind SteVe, the most popular open-source OCPP server: started at RWTH Aachen University in 2013, 10+ years active, 1,000+ GitHub stars. SteVe will always remain free and open. Powerfill is the managed platform for teams that want it run for them.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Export your data anytime. You are never trapped: there is no vendor lock-in, and a complete REST API with full documentation is part of the platform.
